    By accessing or using the PPM.Network service, website, and API (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

    2. Acceptable Use

    When using our Service, you agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
    • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates our community guidelines
    • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
    • Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
    • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these terms.

    3. Dispute & Refund Policy

    PPM.Network provides an automatic refund if an influencer does not respond to a message within 7 days. Additionally:

    • Users may open a dispute if they believe a response doesn't meet the expected quality or relevance
    • Disputes are reviewed by our team within 3 business days
    • If a dispute is upheld, the user will receive a full refund
    • Repeated frivolous disputes may result in account restrictions
    • Influencers with multiple upheld disputes may face reduced visibility or account suspension

    4. Privacy Handling

    We take privacy seriously at PPM.Network. Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Key privacy provisions include:

    • All messages are encrypted both in transit and at rest
    • We do not sell personal data to third parties
    • We maintain industry-standard security practices
    • Users can request deletion of their data subject to legal retention requirements

    5. API Usage Agreement

    When using the PPM.Network API, developers agree to:

    • Adhere to rate limits and technical guidelines
    • Not attempt to reverse engineer the API
    • Maintain secure storage of API keys
    • Not create applications that compete directly with PPM.Network's core services
    • Provide proper attribution to PPM.Network when using our services
    • Ensure their application adheres to our privacy standards

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PPM.Network and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPM.Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.

    8. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service or by sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
